Phase 2
Product Confidence
Video once product arrives
Customer touchpoint:
This is the moment where they need to feel celebrated and reassured. Help them feel like they made a great decision.
DAY product arrives:
This phase helps them understand how to begin without overthinking it. Help the customer use the product correctly and consistently.
Step 1:
When your product arrives, take a photo and send me a message so I can help you get started the right way. I would suggest BEFORE and AFTER 30 Days (CHALLENGE)
This phase helps them understand how to begin without overthinking it. Help the customer use the product correctly and consistently.
What they need:
Simple positioning:
Your job in the first few weeks is not to judge the product too quickly.
Your job is to stay consistent, pay attention to your body, and give the product time to do what it was designed to do.
Phase 3
Connection - First week
This is where we plug them into support. Be sure they are in the campfire
*** Make sure they feel connected, not forgotten.
Customer touchpoint:
This is the moment where they need to feel celebrated and reassured. Help them feel like they made a great decision.
What happens here:
Simple question:
How are you feeling so far? Anything you’re noticing yet — energy, sleep, digestion, recovery, clarity, or just curiosity?
This keeps the conversation open without overpromising results.
Phase 4
Education
Week 1–2
This is where they start understanding the bigger picture.
Purpose:
Build belief in the product and company without dumping too much information.
What to share:
Keep it simple:
Instead of sending everything, send one thing at a time. Or we can send only ONE thing or have this automated in between the wait time for product arrival.
Example:
I thought this would be helpful as you’re getting started. It explains ASEA in a really simple way. Watch this when you have a few minutes, and then tell me what stood out to you.
Phase 5
Experience and Results
Week 2–4
This is where we help them notice progress. Help the customer identify their own experience.
Questions to ask:
Important:
We are not telling them what result they should have.
We are helping them pay attention to their own body and experience.
Simple check-in:
You’ve been using your product for a little bit now, and I’d love to hear how it’s going. What are you noticing, even if it feels small?
Phase 6
Retention
Monthly
This is where we help them stay consistent and reorder. Keep them supported before they run out.
What happens here:
Simple message:
You may be getting close to needing your next order soon, so I wanted to check in. How much product do you have left, and how are you feeling about continuing?
Phase 7
Referral / Business Curiosity
This should feel relational, not forced.
Purpose:
Open the door if they love the product or are curious.
Look for signals:
Simple referral question:
Is there anyone in your life who came to mind while you’ve been using this? Someone who might want to feel better, have more energy, or learn what you’re doing?
Simple business curiosity question:
Have you ever thought about sharing something like this, even casually, if it helped you and others?
